Was Nanami-san unusually receptive to answering your questions, of the few that you asked?

Yeah, she was rather receptive now that I think about it.

I thought so. She'll attempt to avoid the truth at times, but she can't outright refuse to answer you if you ask her for something.

"I am a person who cannot ever disobey the Future Foundation." That's how she put it.

If she had said, "I am a person who cannot ever disobey Chihiro Fujisaki", what would you think?

I would think that's an odd thing to say because she told me she's never met him.

Did she tell you anything about what this "Future Foundation" is? She mentioned it, but it didn't mean anything to me.

From what I've been able to ascertain, the "Future Foundation" is something that lies in our future — after graduation. It consists of the six of us who survived, at the very least; there may be others.

She told me the answers to the questions I asked because she won't disobey a member of the Future Foundation.

In that case, not wanting to disobey us makes sense since I'm assuming we're her superiors or something like that? But that doesn't explain why she would obey Fujisaki-kun. She's never met him and he's dead.

There's still another possibility.

If Alter Ego-san had been told, "You must not disobey the members of the Future Foundation"...isn't it natural that he would also still obey Fujisaki-kun?

I think so, since Fujisaki-kun is the person who created him.

I think it's a matter of technicality. She calls Alter Ego her "big brother"; it's possible he's the one responsible for her, and so Fujisaki-kun is her creator indirectly.
