[ Shortly after getting the message, Naegi heads back toward the inn. He's by the entrance at least five minutes early, so if Chihiro isn't there he'll be kicking pebbles as he waits, watching them roll and come to a stop. ]

[Oh Naegi, you may just have him beat. For Chihiro shows up a minute or two after Naegi, surprised when he sees him.]

Oh-- Did I...keep you waiting, Naegi-kun?

Not at all, Fujisaki-san. I only got here a few minutes ago. [ pause. ]

Um, how are you holding up? Everything Asahina-san told us must've been a lot to take in.

[Fujisaki's eyebrows draw together.]

Mhm... It was a lot. I'm still not quite sure how I feel about everything yet... [But it's something that he's been trying to come to terms with and accept nevertheless. They can't turn their eyes away, after all!]

But I'm okay, I think. And you, Naegi-kun...?

I'm okay too, I think. I can probably handle it, especially now that I can take my time.

[ Unlike in the school, where everything would have been dropped on him at once and he would have to suck it up and keep moving at the same pace as before. Monobear never gave them the opportunity to properly grieve and actually think over everything that happened. ]

Ah... I'm glad to hear that, Fujisaki-kun. That means you trust me, doesn't it? I wasn't sure if I should tell you, or wait until you would trust me enough to tell me yourself, so I ended up not saying anything about it until now.

[Nodding readily, Fujisaki turns to lead the way, a little lightness to his step. Though he does remember something else he should mention.]

--oh. Um. By the way, everyone else from home knows my secret [again in one case] now, too...

[So there's no need to keep it any longer. At least between their group.]

[ Okay, that earns Fujisaki a surprised look from Naegi. Give him a second. ]

I didn't want to keep it a secret anymore. And after everyone else already knew...it wouldn't have been right...
