[ Some hooded guy is running around like a headless Torchic on X Speed. And by hooded I mean his hoodie is zipped all the way up and preventing him from seeing anything. What does this result in?

Naegi running into every possible object on Arceus's green Earth. That includes the street lights, brick walls, you, your Dialga and everything else. He'd pull the zipper down if he could but the powers that be makes it impossible because they don't want to give him a fucking break.

Other people can pull it down for him, thankfully. But it'll inevitably zip itself back up after a while. ]

( SCENARIO B )

[ Dun dun dun. Enter the majestic beast, Monosaring. Has your life been plagued by a lack of meaningful chase scenes accompanied by appropriate music lately? Do you think you can outrun a bear?

[He's not really sure what the hell is going on here, or why he's got some attack monsters with him, but you know what, that someone running around with their stupid hoodie zipped all the way up is a bit more concerning at the moment. Mostly because he knows that hoodie--unfortunately--so chances are he can guess who it is running around like that. But of course, he's going to wait until after Naegi's hit that mailbox and fallen over before walking toward him to see what the hell he thinks he's doing.]

Togami-kun? Is that you? [ Okay, he'd recognize that voice anywhere. He slowly pulls himself back up on his feet once he recovers from hitting that mailbox, and "looks" in the direction of Togami's voice. ]

[He should just turn around and walk away. Turn around and leave Naegi to embarrass himself. In fact, he's very, very tempted to do just that. But for some reason, he decides not to. Probably because, as unlikely as it is, there's the chance that Naegi might have answers, and answers are always a good thing. But with his current appearance, that's looking like a pretty big gamble.

So, in response, he sighs and waits just a bit longer before he decides what it is he wants to actually say to Naegi.]

You look ridiculous. Either fix your hood or go somewhere you won't be seen like that.

I'm aware. The zipper is stuck, though. [ He gives it a yank to demonstrate that nope, it's not possible for him to unzip dat shit. ]

[Clearly you just aren't trying hard enough, Naegi. But unluckily for you, Togami isn't about to help with that.]

Unimportant. Where is "here," anyway? [if Naegi even knew since, you know, he couldn't see.]

[way to not answer his question, Naegi. Spoilers: he's guessing pretty hard. But yeah okay he can't deny that looked pretty realistic. Just to test it out, Togami reaches forward and touches Butterfree. ...Well his hand didn't go through it, so. Welp.]

Not quite. Just because it exists like this doesn't make it alive. [it could be advanced animatronics, okay.]

[ The Butterfree gives Togami an indignant look when he touches her, and turns her face away. Who is this plebian and why is he touching meeeeeeeee. ]

I caught her as a Caterpie. She went from a caterpillar to a butterfly, which I saw with my own eyes. This world is populated with creatures like Mizue here; surely they can't all be fake? Monobear is one thing but we're talking about the wildlife of an entire region.

[Butterfree should be honored! Not everyone gets to touch Togami's wealthy and perfect hand. Fukawa would probably kill for that privilege, and not just because of Syo being Syo.]

It's certainly possible, were someone dedicated enough to do so. It'd likely be a waste of time unless someone had a particularly convincing reason for doing that, however. [but Togami is still very very unsure what to do with all this Pokemon shit okay.]
